This facility will become the permanent home of the mahatma gandhi institute for cultural co-operation (Trinidad & Tobago)

It would help to further the primary objective to develop a better understanding and goodwill among the people of Trinidad & Tobago and India.

Promote bilateral cultural co-operation between the two countries in the field of art and culture at both government and NGO levels.

Promote greater awareness of India’s composite cultural heritage.

House a reference library containing books on history, philosophy, art & culture, which is fully utilized by the scholars here to gain knowledge about India.
